Dear Advantage:
I purchased a hot water tank from you a couple of years ago, and just as my house filled up for Easter
week-end (7 people overnighting) the pilot light failed.
I place a call and several hours later even though it was Good Friday a smiling tech showed up and
attempted to keep us rolling with some temp strategies until the faulty part could be replaced.
Two days later your tech showed up with the part and no bill. I am smiling in my nice warm shower,
and marveling about what kind of rare company provides that kind of service, on an Easter long weekend.
I am sure that warranties have expired, and yet two competent techs are sent out in a timely
manner, at company's expense!
The services and the customer consideration are far above normal levels, and it is a wonderful feeling
to deal with people like you.
